F-16 Fighting Falcon
The 2009 “Buzzard” reunion in San Antonio was a huge success. Guy Wright planned, coordinated and executed, sometimes on the fly, as nearly 50 former members of the 405th Fighter Group assembled at the Radisson Market Square Hotel, San Antonio TX. The three day event was highlighted by an adventure to Lackland Air Force Base to witness the graduation from basic training of over 800 brand new Airman. Mike and Cindy Barrowman coordinated this event with the Air Education and Training Command leadership and ensured the 510th Fighter Squadron Association was recognized. The BMT Commander personally addressed our group and all of us wanted to re enlist for another 20 years.
